01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and haybaje ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing haybaje at haybaje.vip, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Haybaje reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of haybaje after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on haybaje, including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant-win games, and all promotional offers. Where specific products have additional rules, those rules are published alongside the relevant product and form part of these Terms.

02 Account Registration

• Haybaje does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All transactions on haybaje are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Haybaje may request proof of payment for any deposit if required for verification purposes.

04 Withdrawals

Haybaje processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are sent to the mobile wallet registered in your name on your haybaje account.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Haybaje may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the haybaje withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Real money deposits that have not been wagered are withdrawable at any time without restriction.
• Haybaje reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending a security review. Players will be notified if this occurs.

If a withdrawal is declined, haybaje will provide a reason and, where possible, a resolution path. Players may contact support at any time to check the status of a pending withdrawal.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on haybaje are subject to the following general rules. Sport- specific rules are published in the haybaje sportsbook and form part of these Terms.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Haybaje does not guarantee that odds will remain available.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless haybaje's cash-out feature is available for that market.
• Haybaje reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, haybaje's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the relevant market. Haybaje may reduce bet limits for individual players at its discretion.
• Haybaje does not accept bets from players who have knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome. Any such bets will be voided.

Haybaje uses live data feeds to settle bets. In the event of a data error, haybaje reserves the right to correct settlement once accurate data is confirmed. Players will be notified of any resettlement that affects their account balance.

07 Casino Games

• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all haybaje casino games are accurate and based on independent audit data.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Haybaje is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
